摘要
学分银行是我国实现终身教育和学习型社会的一项教育制度,社会大众对其认识和接受还存在一定差距。学分银行面临着如何树立自己的公信力,使公众信任的问题。从分析学分银行相关利益体着手,从内部运行中的学时、学分的统一,认证标准的权威性,优质的资源提供者,操作程序的规范性与合法性,以及外部环境中的信息公开透明度、教育政策、法制的保障等方面,提出了评价公信力的测度指标,进而为学分银行公信力的建立提出建议。
Credit bank is an educational system to realize lifelong education and learning society in our country. There is still a gap between the public and the public in understanding and accepting it. Credit bank faces how to establish their own credibility to win the public trust. This paper puts forward the measure of the credibility of the evaluation index from the unified internal operation of the class hours and credits, authoritative certification standards, the quality of resource providers, legitimacy of the standard operating pro- cedures, information transparency and external environment, the education policy and legal protection. And then it puts forward sugges- tions for establishing the credibility of the credit bank.
