韩国“终身教育教师”制度及其借鉴

Research on “Lifelong Education Teacher” System in South Korea

终身教育教师作为韩国终身教育体系的主体之一,集多种角色于一身,对韩国终身教育的专业化发展起到了巨大的推动作用。基于此,文章对韩国终身教育教师的法律地位、职责与角色定位、培养与认证等方面做了一定的梳理。从中可以看到,韩国终身教育教师的专业化程度与专业化发展水平、独立的法律地位与角色定位等特色经验,对我国具有一定的借鉴意义。

Lifelong education teachers, as one of the mainstay of Lifelong education system in Korea, are based on many kinds of roles and played a great role in promoting the professional development of Lifelong Education in Korea. Based on this, this paper makes a certain sort of review on the legal status, duties and role orientation, training and certification of teachers in Korean lifelong educa- tion. It can be seen from the perspective of the specialization and professional development of Korean lifelong teachers and the inde- pendent legal status and role orientation of teachers in our country.
