摘要
通过对某医院门急诊楼冷负荷的计算,指出医疗建筑室内设计参数应符合特殊诊疗环境要求,应重视医疗设备的散热量和局部通风负荷;不同地区不同级别医院的就诊人数差异较大,在负荷计算中应予考虑;为应对制冷设备故障和极端天气工况,医疗建筑制冷及空调设备宜有冗余。另外,根据医院冷负荷变化规律及制冷系统实际运行时出现的问题,对比分析了不同制冷方案及运行方式的优缺点。
Calculates the cooling load of an outpatient and emergency building in a hospital, points out that the indoor design parameters of hospital buildings should meet the requirements of special diagnosis and treatment environment. Pays more attention to the heat release from medical equipment and the local ventilation load. The large difference in the number of patients in different regional hospitals should be considered in the load calculation. In response to the failures of chiller equipment and extreme weather conditions, the cooling capacity of chiller and air conditioning equipment for hospital buildings should have redundancy. Meanwhile, according to the change rule of the cooling load of hospitals and problems occurring in practical operating of air conditioning systems, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of different refrigerating system and operation modes.
