预焙烧过程气剂体积比对氧化铝载体及Mo-Co催化剂性能影响

摘要 采用两段式焙烧制备氧化铝载体,饱和浸渍法制备负载量相同的Mo-Co催化剂,通过BET、XRD、SEM、FT-IR、TPR对氧化铝载体和催化剂表征。预焙烧阶段通入不同量的空气,考察气剂体积比对氧化铝载体物化性质及催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,调节两段式焙烧的预焙烧过程气剂体积比可调变载体孔分布,气剂体积比为800时,原料油加氢脱硫转化率最高为48.7%。 Mo- Co catalyst with same Mo and Co load was prepared by saturated impregnation with two stages roasting and characterized by BET, XRD, FT - IR and TPR. Effects of air on physicochemical prop- erties of alumina carrier and properties of catalysts were investigated by changing volume ratio of air to in the pre - roasting stage. Results showed that change volume ratio of air to catalyst in pre - roasting could adjust pore size distribution. When volume ratio of air to catalyst was 800,desulfurization of raw oil was 48.7%.
