摘要
采用超重力法制备醛加氢铜锌基催化剂,通过BET、XRD和SEM对催化剂进行表征,以丁醛和辛烯醛为原料,考察催化剂活性。结果表明,反应压力、热点温度和氢醛体积比相同的条件下,空速提高约14%时,超重力法制备的醛加氢铜锌基催化剂与参比剂活性相当,1 500 h内,醛转化率和产物选择性稳定,均高于98%,热点位移平缓。
Cu -Zn -based aldehyde hydrogenation catalysts were prepared by high gravity method, char- acterized by means of XRD ,N2adsorption -desorption ,SEM and tested in hydrogenation of butyraldehyde and 2 - ethylhexenal. The results showed that performance of the self - developed catalyst was almost equal to the reference catalyst under the same reaction pressure, temperature and H2 to aldehyde volume ratio, except for LHSV increasing by 14%. The 1 500 h running experiment also showed that conversion of butyraldehyde and 2 - ethylhexenal, products selectivity were above 98%, and hotspots of the catalyst bed shifted slowly.
