摘要
背景BIS作为近年在临床广泛使用的一种脑电信号分析方法,能较好地监测大脑皮质功能状态及其变化。BIS采用0-100的数值指数反映麻醉中意识深度的变化,已在成年患者的临床应用中得到验证。然而,BIS监测是否适用于小儿麻醉深度监测、尚存在哪些不足仍不明确。目的综述BIS应用于监测小儿麻醉深度的现状。内容介绍BIS在小儿麻醉深度监测中的最新进展,分析BIS监测在小儿中应用的可能性及局限性,为未来临床麻醉深度监测设备的发展方向提供参考。趋向BIS对预测麻醉深度、术中知晓及意识的消失和恢复均具有一定的指导作用,但仍需大规模临床试验验证其监测小儿麻醉深度的有效性。
Background As a new clinical technique widely used to analysis electroencephalogram, BIS can monitor the functional state and changes of the cerebral cortex in a more effective way. BIS illustrates the varying states of consciousness during maintenance of anesthesia by using numeric values ranging from 0 to 100, and has been confirmed effective in adult patients clinically. However, further studies needed to verify if BIS is applicable to monitor the depth of anesthesia in children, and the deficiency of BIS remains unclear.Objective To review recent progress in clinical application of BIS monitoring on children.Content This article mainly introduced the latest progress of BIS applied to monitor the depth of anesthesia in children, as well as made a systematic review on the possibilities and limitations of the application of BIS in children. It could supply future reference for the development of clinical equipments for monitoring the depth of anesthesia.Trend BIS is instructive to monitor the depth of hypnosis, avoid intraoperative awareness and predict the loss and recovery of consciousness in pediatric patients. But the effectiveness still needs to be confirmed by large-scale clinical trials.
