摘要
目的:研究比较急性脑出血患者应用高场强MR和CT诊断的临床价值。方法:随机选取前来我院就诊的急性期脑出血患者51例(2016年3月-2017年3月),所有患者均接受高场强MR和CT扫描检查,将检查成像交于我院放射诊科医生(两名)进行查看、对比不同检查方法患者超急性期和急性期的敏感性及患者脑血肿量情况。结果:CT检查方法和T2*WI梯度回波序列的超急性期和急性期敏感性指标比较均没有统计学意义(P>0.05);T1WI和T2WI梯度回波序列的超急性期和急性期敏感性指标比较没有统计学意义(P>0.05);T1WI和T2WI梯度回波序列的超急性期和急性期敏感性指标均明显低于CT检查方法和T2*WI检查方法的敏感性,组间比较差异突出有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同检查方法患者脑血肿量指标数据比较均没有差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在急性脑出血病症临床诊断中,应用CT和高场强MR中的T2*WI梯度回波序列均能够检测出高敏感性和脑血肿量高信号,根据各指标变化情况能够准确判定患者实际患病情况,对于制定临床治疗方案具有指导性意义。
Objective: To study the clinical value of high field MR and CT in the diagnosis of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Fifty-one patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who came to our hospital were randomly selected(March 2016-March 2017). All patients underwent high-field MR and CT scans. The imaging examination was performed in our hospital Clinicians( two) were reviewed to compare the sensitivity of patients with different types of hyperacute and acute phase and the amount of patients with hematoma. Results: There was no significant difference between hyperextension and acute phase in CT examination and T2 * WI gradient echo( P〉0. 05). The sensitivity of hypersensitive and acute phase of T1 WI and T2 WI gradient echo series( P〉0. 05). The hypersensitivity and acute phase sensitivity indexes of T1 WI and T2 WI gradient echo series were significantly lower than those of CT and T2 * WI methods. Comparisons between groups were statistically significant The difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in the indexes of brain hematoma between different examination methods( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: In the clinical diagnosis of acute intracerebral hemorrhage,both high sensitivity and high hematoma volume signals can be detected by using T2 * WI gradient echo sequence in CT and high field MR. According to the changes of each index,the patients can be accurately identified The actual illness,for the development of clinical treatment program has guiding significance.
