CT影像学检查在肺结核合并肺癌诊断中的应用价值观察

The Value of CT Imaging in The Diagnosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis With Lung Cancer

目的:分析研究CT影像学检查在肺结核合并肺癌中的诊断价值。方法:将我院2009年1月至2017年6月接诊的31例肺结核合并肺癌患者纳入观察组,将同期接诊的31例肺结核患者纳入参照组,两组患者均接受CT检查,观察两组患者影像学特征,并进行分析对比。结果:观察组分叶征、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷、肺不张的检出率均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:肺结核患者CT影像学表现与肺结核合并肺癌患者的CT影像学表现存在一定差异,CT检查有助于临床诊断肺结核合并肺癌。

Objective： To study the diagnostic value of CT imaging in pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer.Methods： 31 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to June 2017 were included in the observation group. 31 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were admitted during the same period were included in the reference group. Both groups received CT examination,The imaging features of the two groups were observed and analyzed and compared. Results： The detection rate of frontal lobe sign,burr,pleural depression and atelectasis was higher than that of reference group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：CT imaging findings of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with lung cancer with lung cancer patients with CT imaging findings there are some differences,CT examination can help the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer.
