摘要
针对代池坝选煤厂"螺杆空压机+板框隔膜压滤机"工艺中滤饼水分不稳定、排气噪音大及气阀密封件常失效等问题,对空气压榨和水力压榨系统进行对比,并对空气压榨系统进行改进,分析效果。结果表明,与压缩空气压榨相比,水力压榨具有产品水分低、能耗低、无噪音污染、力密度大、稳定性好、设备保护有效、安全性高、维护简便等优点,但也存在反应性差、压榨水泵性能要求高、占地面积大等缺点,需进一步研究。通过改造空气压榨隔膜滤板、水力压榨配套设施及设置水力压榨控制安全机构等,每年为选煤厂节约50.59万元。
Aiming at the problems of moisture instability of filter cake, high exhaust noise and failure of valve seals in the process of "screw compressor and plate and frame diaphragm filter press" in Daichiba coal preparation plant, the air press system and hydraulic press system were compared. The air press system was improved and the effect was analyzed. The results show that compared with compressed air press, hydraulic press has the advantages of low moisture content, low energy consumption, no noise pollution, high force density, good stability, effective equipment protection, high safety and easy maintenance, but it also exists the disadvantages of poor reactivity, high performance requirement of press pump, and large floor area, and so on. By transforming air pressure membrane filter plate, hydraulic press supporting facilities and hydraulic press control safety mechanism ,the coal preparation plant can save 505,900 yuan per year.
