农地经营权抵押贷款可得性对农业生产效率的影响研究——以宁夏平罗县和同心县723户农户为例

The Effect of Mortgage Availability of Farmland Operational Right on Agricultural Production Efficiency——Based on 723 Households from Ningxia Pingluo and Tongxin

本文利用农地经营权抵押贷款试点地区723户农户的农业生产数据和DEA-2SLS模型实证分析了农地经营权抵押贷款可得性对农户农业生产效率的影响以及不同模式下的异质性。研究结果表明，由于遗漏变量的存在。农地经营权抵押贷款可得性与农户农业生产效率之间存在内生性，忽略内生性问题将低估农地经营权抵押贷款可得性对农户农业生产效率正向作用效果。户主受教育程度、是否以农业经营为主业、生产性实物资产价值、农地经营权抵押贷款可得性对政府主导型和市场主导模式下农户农业生产效率均具有显著正向作用。相较于市场主导型模式，政府主导型模式下农地经营权抵押贷款可得性对农户农业生产效率的提升作用更为明显。因此，亟需深化农地经营权抵押贷款改革．逐步推广政府主导型农地经营权抵押贷款模式，优化农业经济发展外部环境以增强农地经营权抵押贷款与农业发展的耦合度来进一步提高农业生产效率。

This paper takes 723 rural households from the pilot area of farmland operational right mortgage to analyze the effect of the mortgage availability on agricultural production efficiency.A DEA and the two-stage least squares method are used.The study found：ignoring the endogeneity between the mortgage availability of farmland operational right and agricultural production efficiency will underestimate the positive effect of the former on the latter. Moreover, agricultural production efficiency is positively related to farmers＇ education, the agricultural importance to the farmer, the value of production physical assets, and the mortgage availability of farmland operational right in both government-oriented and market-oriented modes.The effect of mortgage availability on agricultural production efficiency is more significant in government-oriented mode than market-oriented one.Therefore, it is urgent to deepen the reform of farmland operational right mortgage through promoting government-oriented mode and improving the policy environment of agricultural economy to enhance the coupling effect of the mortgage and agricultural development and further improving the efficiency of agricultural production.
