摘要
目的探讨ULBP2蛋白在儿童肾母细胞瘤的表达与肾母细胞瘤患儿预后之间的关系。方法收集重庆医科大学附属儿童医院泌尿外科2014年1月至2016年12月的肾母细胞瘤肿瘤组织32例,通过电话随访肾母细胞瘤患儿预后等信息,通过调病历获取肾母细胞瘤患儿临床病理信息。应用免疫组织化学法检测ULBP2蛋白在儿童肾母细胞瘤中的表达,并分析ULBP2蛋白等临床病理特征与肾母细胞瘤患儿预后的关系。结果ULBP2蛋白的表达、不同的病理类型、不同的临床分期在预后良好组肾母细胞瘤和预后不良组肾母细胞瘤中差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在预后良好的肾母细胞瘤肿瘤组织中ULBP2蛋白的低表达率为78.57%(11/14),高表达率为21.43%(3/14);在预后不良的肾母细胞瘤肿瘤组织中,ULBP2蛋白高表达率为100%(18/18)。ULBP2蛋白高表达诊断儿童肾母细胞瘤患儿预后不良的灵敏度为100%,特异度为78.57%,阳性预测值为85.7%,阴性预测值为100%。结论ULBP2蛋白在肾母细胞瘤中低表达预示患儿预后良好,高表达提示预后不良,对于评估儿童肾母细胞瘤的预后具有较高的临床价值。
ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between expression of ULBP2 protein and prognosis in Wilms’ tumor (WT) children.MethodsA total of 32 WT cases were collected from January 2014 to December 2016.The patients was followed up by telephone.Their linicopathological information was obtained by reviewing the relevant medical records.The expression of ULBP2 protein in WT was analyzed by immunohistochemistry.And the prognostic correlation of WT was examined with such a clinicopathological feature as expression of ULBP2 protein.ResultsULBP2 protein expression, different pathological types and different clinical stages had significant differences (P〈0.05) in assessing the prognosis of WT.The low expression rate of ULBP2 protein in WT tissues with an excellent prognosis was 78.57% (11/14), the high expression rate 21.43% (3/14) and the high expression rate of ULBP2 protein in WT tissues with a poor prognosis 100% (18/18). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of ULBP2 protein high expression in diagnosing WT with a poor prognosis were 100%, 78.57%, 85.7% and 100% respectively.ConclusionsA low expression of ULBP2 protein in WT is an excellent prognostic predictor while a high expression denotes poor prognosis.Thus its expression has a high clinical value in predicting the prognosis of WT children.
