摘要
建立超高效液相色谱法测定饮料中低浓度EDTA-2Na含量的方法。样品经超声处理10分钟,加入氯化铜溶液和抗坏血酸,在波长为254nm,进样量为20μL的条件下,以甲醇:缓冲液(20:80)为流动相,等度洗脱,外标法定量。检出限可达到1mg/L,质量浓度在1mg/L^10mg/L范围内时,R^2>0.999,回收率为96.5%~100.4%,相对标准偏差为2.45~4.06(n=6)。该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,可满足于饮料中低浓度(1mg/L^10mg/L)EDTA-2Na含量的检测。
To establish a method of determination of the content of low concentration EDTA-2Na in beverage by ultra performance liquid chromatograph,the sample was treated by ultrasonic for 10 minutes and then by CuCl_2 solution and ascorbic acid. The analysis conditions were :wavelength 254 nm, injection volume 20 μL,methanol to buffer solution 20 :80 as mobile phase,isocratic elution,and external standard method for quantification. The detection limit can reach to 1 mg/L. When the mass concentration is in the range of 1 mg/L to 10 mg/L,R2 〉 0.999,the recovery rate was 96.5% - 100.4%,and RSD was 2.45 - 4.06(n= 6). The method is simple,rapid and sensitive,and can be applied to the determination of low concentration EDTA-2Na(1 mg/L - 10 mg/L)in the beverages.
