网袋法快速测定燕麦中不溶性膳食纤维含量的不确定度评定 被引量:3

摘要 评定了网袋-中性洗涤纤维方法测定燕麦中不溶性膳食纤维含量的测量不确定度,建立计算结果的数学模型,依据测量不确定度的基本方法,对试验结果中可能引入不确定的各种影响因素逐一进行不确定度分析计算与评定。结果表明:试验中样品的重复性测定引入的不确定度是合成不确定度的主要来源,网袋称量、试样称量及不溶性膳食纤维称量对标准合成不确定度贡献较小,按照JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求与规定,对试验中的各不确定度分量进行合成和扩展,取置信概率95%,其扩展不确定度为0.0224%(k=2),燕麦中不溶性膳食纤维含量结果报告为(7.76±0.0224)%。 In this paper,the uncertainty of the determination of IDF content in oat was evaluated by Filter Bag-NDF rapid testing method,mathematical model was established,and each influence factor of the uncertainty was calculated and assessed by the basic method of measurement uncertainty. The results showed that retesting uncertainty was the main source of the synthesized uncertainty of determination of IDF content in oat,the filter-bag weighing,sample weighing and IDF weighing had less distribution of synthesized uncertainty. According to JJF1059-2012,the component uncertainties were synthesized and extended. The determination result of IDF oat was(7.76±0.0224)%,with an expanded uncertainty of 0.0224 % at the confidence probability of 95% and coverage factor of 2.
