长治市医学生与非医学生食品安全知信行现况调查 被引量:3

Survey on the knowledge-attitude-practice regarding food safety among medical and non-medical students

摘要 目的了解长治市医学生与非医学生食品安全知信行(knowledge-attitude-practice,KAP)现状,为不同类型大学生开展相关食品安全教育提供依据和参考。方法采用整群抽样的方法,以班级为单位选取长治市一所医学院校和一所非医学院校共1 188名大学生,对其进行食品安全KAP问卷的调查。结果医学生的食品安全知识回答正确率高于非医学生。医学生对食品安全的关注程度也高于非医学生(χ2=38.707,P<0.01)。调查对象获得知识的途径以网络电视为主,962人(80.98%),医学生与非医学生间差异无统计学意义(χ2=7.460,P=0.114)。希望获得知识的途径仍是网络电视,医学生269人(48.12%),非医学生338人(53.74%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=63.442,P<0.01)。1 141人(96.04%)曾经购买过不安全食品,1 122人(94.44%)选择在学校食堂就餐。结论非医学生较医学生的食品安全知识缺乏,调查对象的食品安全知识获得渠道有限,食品安全意识薄弱,有必要采取不同途径对大学生进行食品安全教育,改变不良饮食习惯,促进健康。 Objective To assess the status of knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)regarding food safety among medical and non medical students in Changzhi city and to provide basis and reference for relevant food safety education among college students with different education background. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 1 188 college students from one medical college and one non-medical college in Changzhi city and a questionnaire survey was conducted. Results The score of KAP of medical students on food safety was higher than that of non-medical students.The intensity of concern on food safety of medical students was higher than that of non-medical students(χ2=38.707,P〈0.01).Both medical and non-medical undergraduates claimed that network and television were the major ways to acquire food safety knowledge,however,more medical undergraduates would like to acquire knowledge through network and television than non-medical students(χ2=63.442,P〈0.01).1 141(96.04%)of students did purchase unsafe foods and1 122(94.44%)of the responders chose to have meals in school cafeterias. Conclusions More non-medical students are lack of food safety knowledge than medical students.There are limited ways for students to acquire food safety knowledge.Therefore,education on food safety should be strengthened in order to keep students healthy.
