基于监检联络单的压力容器和锅炉监督检验问题的分析

Analysis of Problems Found in Supervision and Inspection of Pressure Vessels and Boilers Based on Contact List

本文通过对2016年、2017年出具的121份监检联络单的分析,探讨了压力容器和锅炉监督检验中发现的问题,并从质量保证体系和制造过程质量控制两个角度指出薄弱环节。从本文所列的问题,可见制造单位质量保证体系完善方面存在很大的潜力,需进一步强化制造单位的主体责任。本文还针对提出的典型问题,列出了建议和相应的处理措施。

With the analysis of 121 contact lists issued in 2016 and 2017,this paper discussed the problems found in the supervision and inspection of pressure vessels and boilers,and pointed out the weak loops of the quality assurance system and quality control during the manufacturing process.Through the analysis on the problems listed in this article,we can see that there are great potentials in improving the quality assurance system of manufacturers.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the main responsibility of manufacturing companies.This paper also proposed the suggestions and countermeasures to solve the typical problems.
