摘要
电梯曳引钢丝绳张力不均直接影响乘坐舒适感,而且是曳引轮和悬挂钢丝绳使用寿命的重要影响因素,文章以液压原理为理论基础,研究设计一种曳引钢丝绳张力调整装置,实现多根曳引钢丝绳之间的张力自动平衡,改善电梯的乘坐舒适感以及延长曳引轮和悬挂钢丝绳的使用寿命。
The imbalance of the tensile stress on the elevator traction wire ropes not only directly affects the ride comfort,but is also an important factor affecting the service life of the traction wheels and suspension ropes.According to the hydraulic theories,a device is designed to adjust the force balance between the traction ropes,which can adjust the balance force automatically,improve the elevator ride comfort and extend the service life of wire ropes traction wheels.
