彩色多普勒闪烁伪像与能量多普勒闪烁伪像诊断输尿管结石研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的对比分析彩色多普勒闪烁伪像与能量多普勒闪烁伪像对于输尿管结石的诊断价值。方法选取经CT扫描证实的单发输尿管结石患者156例,运用二维超声测量结石大小,运用彩色多普勒超声与能量多普勒超声分别记录各组结石闪烁伪像显示情况,测量闪烁伪像长度及宽度,对两种成像方法闪烁伪像的显示率和强度进行统计分析。结果156例输尿管结石彩色多普勒闪烁伪像显示率为84.62%,能量多普勒闪烁伪像显示率为91.03%,差异有统计学意义。彩色多普勒闪烁伪像平均长度为(29.85±17.67)mm,平均宽度为(9.30±3.51)mm,能量多普勒闪烁伪像平均长度为(32.96±19.36)mm,平均宽度为(10.94±4.06)mm,差异有统计学意义。结石大小平均值(8.54±2.57)mm,两种成像方法闪烁伪像显示率与结石大小均无相关性(r=0.119,P>0.05)。结论在诊断输尿管结石方面,能量多普勒闪烁伪像较彩色多普勒闪烁伪像具有更高的诊断价值。 Objective To contrast the diagnostic value in ureteral calculus between the color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) twinkling artifact and the power Doppler imaging (PDI) twinkling artifact. Methods A total of 156 patients with single ureteral calculi confirmed by CT were enrolled in the study. The size of the calculus was measured in two-dimensional imaging. The CDFI twinkling artifact and the PDI twinkling artifact were assessed, and the length and width of the twinkling artifact were recorded. The incidence and the intensity of the CDFI twinkling artifact and the PDI twinkling artifact were comparatively analyzed. Results There was significant difference in the incidence between the CDFI twinkling artifact (84.62%) and the PDI twinkling artifact (91.03%)( P 〈0.05). There was significant difference between the average length of the CDFI twinkling artifact (29.85±17.67) mm and that of the PDI twinkling artifact (32.96±19.36) mm ( P 〈0.05). There was also significant difference between the average width of the CDFI twinkling artifact (9.30±3.51) mm and that of the PDI twinkling artifact (10.94±4.06) mm ( P 〈0.05). The average size of the calculus was (8.54±2.57) mm, and there was no correlation between the incidence of twinkling artifact in both of the two imaging methods and the size of the calculus. Conclusion The diagnostic value of the PDI twinkling artifact in ureteral calculus is higher than CDFI twinkling artifact.
