软组织颗粒细胞瘤影像学特征分析

Imaging features of soft tissue granular cell tumor

目的分析软组织颗粒细胞瘤的影像学特征,提高对该病的认识和诊断水平。方法回顾性分析6例经手术病理证实的软组织颗粒细胞瘤的CT、MR影像资料和临床病理资料。结果 6例颗粒细胞瘤患者,男1例,女5例,中位年龄53.5岁。病变发生在胃1例,鞍区1例,右侧腹沟股缝匠肌内1例,小肠1例,食管2例。在影像检查,平扫表现为实性肿块5例,囊实性肿块1例,增强后明显均匀强化5例,明显不均匀强化1例。结论软组织颗粒细胞瘤发病部位无明显特异性,且影像学表现因发病部位而异。

Objective To analyze the imaging characteristics of soft tissue granular cell tumor and to improve its understanding and diagnosis. Methods CT and MR imaging data and clinicopathological data of 6 cases with soft tissue granular cell tumor confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were six patients with granular cell tumor,1 male and 5 females,the median age was 53. 5 years old. Among 6 cases,there was 1 case located in stomach,1 case in sellar region,1 case in right inguinal sartorius muscle,1 case in small intestine,2 cases in esophagus. In image,plain scans manifested as solid tumors in 5 cases,cystic-solid tumor in 1 case,significantly homogeneous enhanced in 5 cases,and significantly heterogeneous enhanced in 1 case. Conclusion Soft tissue granular cell tumor has no specific predilection sites,and imaging findings vary with the site of disease.
