自动痔疮套扎术治疗轻中度痔疮的临床研究

Clinical research of automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of mild and moderate hemorrhoids

目的研究自动痔疮套扎术治疗轻中度痔疮的临床效果。方法 80例轻中度痔疮患者,依据治疗方法不同分为自动痔疮套扎术组和常规外剥内扎术组,各40例。自动痔疮套扎术组患者接受自动痔疮套扎术治疗,常规外剥内扎术组患者接受常规外剥内扎术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后并发症发生情况。结果自动痔疮套扎术组患者治疗总有效率为92.5%,显著高于常规外剥内扎术组的75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自动痔疮套扎术组患者的术后并发症发生率为7.5%,显著低于常规外剥内扎术组的25.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自动痔疮套扎术治疗轻中度痔疮的临床疗效较常规外剥内扎术显著,术后并发症较少,值得临床推广。

Objective To research the clinical effect of automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of mild and moderate hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 80 patients with mild and moderate hemorrhoids were divided into the automatic hemorrhoid ligation group and conventional milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy group according to the different methods of treatment, 40 cases in each group. The automatic hemorrhoid ligation group was treated with automatic hemorrhoid ligation, the conventional milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy group was treated with conventional milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy. The clinical efficacy and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of automatic hemorrhoid ligation group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than 75.0% of the conventional milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the automatic hemorrhoid ligation group was 7.5%, which was significantly lower than 22.5% in the conventional milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of mild and moderate hemorrhoids is more significant than that of conventional milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy, with less postoperative complications, is worthy of clinical promotion.
