盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合双氯芬酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合双氯芬酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效。方法 100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组选择双氯芬酸钠单独治疗,治疗组选择盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合双氯芬酸钠治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、关节功能评分及疼痛评分。结果治疗组患者总有效率为80.00%(40/50),高于对照组的62.00%(31/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者关节功能评分、疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者选择盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合双氯芬酸钠的方法给予治疗,可有效缓解患者关节肿胀、疼痛等临床症状,大幅度提高患者的生活质量,其临床疗效确切、可靠,具有较高的安全性和可用性。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Glucosamine Hydrochloride combined with Diclofenac Sodium in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with Diclofenac Sodium, the treatment group was given Glucosamine Hydrochloride combined with Diclofenac Sodium for treatment. The treatment effect, joint function score and pain score between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 80.00%(40/50), which was significantly higher than 62.00%(31/50), the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After treatment, the joint function score and pain score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of Glucosamine Hydrochloride combined with Diclofenac Sodium in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms such as swelling and pain of the joints, and greatly improve the quality of life of the patients. The clinical curative effect is accurate, reliable, has high safety and availability.
