摘要
在草甘膦生产工艺中产生甲醇水混合溶液,采用毛细管气相色谱内标法经HP-5石英毛细柱,FID检测器检测,对甲醇水溶液中甲醇的含量进行定量分析。该方法对甲醇的变异数为0.12%。回收率为99.70%~100.38%,该方法快捷、准确,具有良好的通用性。
The content of methanol in methanol solution from glyphosate production process was quantitatively analyzed by HP-5 quartz capillary gas chromatography with FID detector and using internal standard method. The results showed that the number of variation of methanol was 0.12%, the recovery rate was 99.70%~100.38%. So this method is fast, accurate and has good versatility.
