摘要
通过对稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐出砂机理和影响因素进行分析,同时基于多相流体力学基础建立固液两相流数学模型,应用计算流体力学的方法对不同条件下固体颗粒在水平井筒中随液体流动的变化规律进行数值理论分析,同时也通过井筒携砂实验,模拟砂粒在各种不同条件下的携带运移规律。两者相结合,以其揭示砂岩油藏水平井筒内固液两相流场的运动规律。为砂岩油藏蒸汽吞吐后期水平井筒的适度出砂开采工艺设计以及稠油油藏热采出砂的综合治理提供理论依据。
The mechanism and influencing factors of sand production in heavy oil reservoirs were analyzed, and a mathematical model for solid-liquid two-phase flow was established based on multiphase fluid mechanics. The method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) was applied in the numerical analysis of the change law of solid particles flow in horizontal well bore under different conditions. At the same time, the sand carrying experiment was used to simulate the carrying and migration of the sand under various conditions. The two methods were combined to reveal the motion law of the solid-liquid two-phase flow field in a horizontal well bore of a sandstone reservoir. The paper can provide a theoretical basis for the appropriate sand production process design of horizontal well bore in the later stage of sandstone oil reservoir stimulation and the comprehensive treatment of the sand recovered from heavy oil reservoirs.
