某部基层卫生士官环境性急症认知水平研究

A Survey of Environment Trauma Knowledge among Medical Officers in Grass-roots Troops

目的了解基层部队卫生士官对低体温、冻伤、中暑、海蜇蛰伤四大军队高发环境性急症的认知水平，为后期设计系统的培训方案提供依据。方法2015年5月采用便利抽样法，以问卷调查形式对某部77名卫生士官展开问卷调查。结果环境性急症认知自评与知识测评两部分进行结果呈现，其中知识测评部分包含预防常识、疾病识别、疾病急救三大模块。结论某部基层卫生士官对环境性急症整体认知水平不足，尚存知识盲区及误区，专业培训不系统，建议为基层医务人员制定一套系统的培训体系，提升其相关急症的认识水平。

Objective The aim of this study was to assess knowledge regarding environment trauma, such as hypothermia, frostbite, heat stroke and jellyfish sting, among health officers in grass-roots troops. Methods A designed questionnaire was distributed to 77 medical officers in May 2015. Results The results of cognitive self-assessment and knowledge assessment were presented. The knowledge assessment included three modules： prevention of common sense, disease identification and first aid. Conclusion Environment trauma commonly occurs in our army, but personnel got a low score on the knowledge assessment. They also lacked of confidence in first aid. Medical education and training should be implemented to address this issue.
