发展核能 助力建设美丽中国

Developing Nuclear Power to Build Beautiful China

十八大以来,以习近平为核心的党中央将生态文明建设推向新的高度,并纳入到"五位一体"总布局中。十九大报告中提出了要推进绿色发展,构建清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系,着力解决突出的环境问题,让天更蓝、水更绿、环境更美好。本文以此为出发点,研究在世界能源发展深刻变化的背景下,在建设美丽中国的进程中,我国发展核能的必然趋势。文章中比较了世界上主要发达国家的能源发展历程、核能发展现状,根据我国可持续能源的发展思路,从环境的迫切要求、我国电力需求、核能的突出优势以及核能安全性四方面阐述核能开发必要性。

Since the 18th National Congress, the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core haspushed the construction of ecological civilization to a new level and has classified it into the “Five - sphereintegrated plan” overall layout. In the report of the 19th National Congress, it is proposed to promotegreen development, and to build an energy system that is clean, low - carbon, safe and efficient. It is thekey task to solve prominent environmental problems to make the sky bluer, water greener and better environment. On the basis of this task, this paper demonstrates that it is an inevitable trend for China to develop nuclear energy in the process of building beautiful China in the context of profound changes in theworld＇ s energy development. This paper compares the energy development history and development statusof nuclear energy in major developed countries in the world. According to China＇ s sustainable energy development goals, this paper elaborates the necessity of employing nuclear energy from the following aspects： the urgent requirements of the environment, the demand for electricity in China, the prominent ad.vantages of nuclear energy, and the safety of nuclear energy.
