阿托伐他汀联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠对冠心病心绞痛患者血清脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白水平的影响

Effect of atorvastatin combined with sodium tanshinone ⅡA on levels of APN,TNF-α and hs-CRP in patients with angina pectoris

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗对冠心病心绞痛患者血清脂联素(APN)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选取160例冠心病心绞痛患者患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组患者口服阿托伐他汀片,观察组患者在对照组基础上静脉滴注丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液,2组均进行30 d的治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后血清脂质水平、APN、TNF-α以及hs-CRP水平。结果治疗后,2组患者血清脂质水平、APN、TNF-α以及hs-CRP水平均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率、心绞痛发作频率和发作持续时间显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论联合使用阿托伐他汀和丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗冠心病心绞痛患者,可以改善患者血清脂质指标,显著降低患者hs-CRP和TNF-α水平,并显著提高患者血清APN水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin combined with sodium tanshinone ⅡA on levels of APN,TNF-α,hs-CRP in patients with angina pectoris. Methods Totally 160 patients with angina patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin tablets,while observation group was treated with tanshinone ⅡA injection on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 30 days. Serum lipid levels,APN,TNF-α and hs-CRP levels were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results After treatment,serum lipid levels as well as APN,TNF-αand hs-CRP levels significantly improved in both groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the observation group were significantly better than the control group in these indexes（ P〈0. 05）. Total effective rate,frequency of angina pectoris and duration of attack in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combination of atorvastatin and sodium tanshinone ⅡA can significantly improve the serum lipid indexes,reduce the levels of hs-CRP and TNF-α,and increase the serum APN level in patients with angina pectoris.
