仙灵骨葆胶囊联合腰痹通胶囊治疗椎间盘源性腰痛患者的临床疗效观察

Effect of Xianling Gubao capsule combined with Yaobitong capsule on treatment of patients with discogenic low back pain

目的探讨仙灵骨葆胶囊联合腰痹通胶囊对椎间盘源性腰痛患者临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法选取椎间盘源性腰痛患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予腰椎牵引、塞来昔布胶囊联合腰痹通胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应、VAS评分、JOA评分、SF-36评分以及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%,现在高于对照组的78.33%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分显著低于对照组,JOA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能以及精神健康评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论仙灵骨葆胶囊联合腰痹通胶囊、西医治疗椎间盘源性腰痛可减轻炎性程度,缓解疼痛症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xianling Gubao capsule combined with Yaobitong capsule on clinical symptoms and quality of life in discogenic low back pain patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with discogenic low back pain admitted to our hospital were selected as research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lumbar traction and celecoxib capsules combined with Yaobitong capsule,while the observation group was additionally treated with Xianling Gubao capsule. The clinical outcomes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The VAS scores,lumbar JOA score and SF-36 score were compared. Levels of serum tumor necrosis factor alpha（ TNF-α） and interleukin 6（ IL-6） in the two groups were detected. Results The total treatment efficacy of observation group was higher than that in the control group（ 91. 67% vs. 78. 33%,P〈0. 05）. The observation group had lower VAS score,and higher JOA score than that of the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,scores of physiological function,physical pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health of the observation group were lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups in adverse reactions（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Xianling Gubao capsule combined with Yaobitong capsule and western medicine in the treatment of discogenic low back pain can relieve the inflammatory degree and pain.
