儿童营养性维生素D缺乏性佝偻病合并缺铁性贫血的临床治疗分析

Clinical treatment of nutritional vitamin D deficiency rickets in children with iron deficiency anemia

目的分析儿童营养性维生素D缺乏性佝偻病合并缺铁性贫血的临床治疗方法。方法选取400例儿童,分别从儿童性别、年龄、家长文化水平3个方面进行比较。结果男孩同时患有两种疾病比例(57.6%)显著高于女孩(42.4%)(P<0.05)。在2~3岁年龄,儿童同时患有两种疾病的比例高达32.2%(P<0.05)。家长文化水平在高中及以下的儿童同时患有两种疾病的比例高达52.5%(P<0.05)。结论儿童同时患两种病与性别有关,2~3岁患病率最高,要加强对家长的宣传教育。

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of vitamin D deficiency rickets in children with iron deficiency anemia. Methods A total of 400 children in our hospital were selected as the subjects. And children＇s sex,age,and educational background of parents were compared. Results The proportion of males（ 57. 6%） complicated with two diseases were larger than that of females（ 42. 4%）（ P〈0. 05）. The ratio of children with two diseases at the same time was 32. 2% at2 - 3 years of age（ P〈0. 05）. And proportion of children with two diseases,whose parents＇ education level was high school and below,was 52. 5%（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Complicated with two diseases in children is related to gender,and its prevalence rate at the age of 2 - 3,is highest. So it is of great significance in strengthening health education for parents.
