树脂直接粘结与嵌体间接粘结修复对根管治疗牙抗折能力的效果比较 被引量:10

摘要 目的分析树脂直接粘结与嵌体间接粘结修复对根管治疗后牙抗折能力的影响。方法选取56例(69颗)需行根管治疗的患者,随机分为A组和B组。A组采用树脂直接粘结修复法,B组采用树脂嵌体间接粘结修复法,比较2组离体牙试样发生牙折时破坏载荷、微渗漏发生情况及临床疗效。结果 B组离体牙试样发生牙折时破坏载荷显著大于A组(P<0.05);B组微渗漏0级所占比例显著高于A组,且微渗漏达2级比例显著低于A组(P<0.05)。B组总有效率显著高于A组(P<0.05);B组患者对牙体恢复美观满意度为94.29%,显著高于A组的76.47%(P<0.05)。结论直接树脂粘结和树脂嵌体间接粘结修复均有一定疗效,但后者疗效更佳,牙抗折能力明显增强。 Objective To analyze effect of resin direct bonding and resin inlay indirect bonding repair for root canal on tooth fracture resistance. Methods A total of 56 patients( 69 tooth)with root canal treatment in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A received resin direct bonding repair,and group B received resin inlay indirect bonding repair. The damage load,occurrence of microleakage,and clinical efficacy of tooth fracture of isolated tooth samples in two groups were compared. Results Damage load of isolated tooth samples when tooth fracture in group B was significantly higher than that of group A( P〈0. 05); Group B had higher proportion of micro leakage at level 0,and lower micro leakage at level 2 than group A( P〈0. 05). Total clinical efficacy of group B was higher than that of group A( 97. 14% vs.82. 35%,P〈0. 05). The satisfaction of group B was 94. 29%,which was higher than 76. 47% of group A( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Resin direct bonding and resin inlay indirect bonding for repair of root canal have curative effect,but the latter shows better clinical outcome,and enhanced tooth fracture resistance ability.
