盐酸多奈哌齐治疗42例血管性痴呆患者的临床效果观察 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨盐酸多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆患者的临床效果。方法选取42例轻、中度血管性痴呆患者,均给予盐酸多奈哌齐口服治疗。采用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、临床痴呆评定量表(CDR)评估疗效,统计不良反应发生情况。结果本组42例均成功完成治疗。治疗1个月、3个月和停药3个月的MMSE评分较治疗前显著提高,CDR评分显著降低(P<0.05);治疗3个月、停药3个月的总有效率分别为80.85%、85.71%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);本组出现3例短暂、一过性不良症状,不良反应率7.14%。结论盐酸多奈哌齐可有效改善血管性痴呆患者的神经认知功能,减轻痴呆症状。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of donepezil hydrochloride on treatment of patients with vascular dementia. Methods Totally 42 patients with mild and moderate vascular dementia were selected and treated with donepezil hydrochloride. Mini Mental State Examination( MMSE) and general clinical dementia scale( CDR) were used to assess the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions. Results All of 42 patients completed the treatment successfully. The MMSE scores at 1 month,3 months during treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the CDR score was significantly lower( P〈0. 05). The total effective rate at 3 months during treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal was 80. 85% and 85. 71% respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups( P〉0. 05).There were 3 cases of transient and transient adverse symptoms,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 7. 14%. Conclusion Donepezil hydrochloride can effectively improve the neurocognitive function and reduce the symptoms of dementia in patients with vascular dementia.
