信息-动机-行为技巧模型对慢性心力衰竭患者用药依从性的影响

Effect of information-motivation-behavioral skills model on medication compliance of patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)模型对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者用药依从性的影响效果。方法采用随机数字表法将80例用药不依从的住院CHF患者均分为2组,对照组给予常规健康教育和随访,试验组在此基础上应用IMB模型对患者实施为期6个月的干预,采用用药知识问卷、用药依从意愿标尺、8条目Morisky用药依从性问卷评价2组干预效果。结果干预后,试验组的用药知识、用药依从意愿、用药依从性评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 IMB模型能有效提升CHF患者的用药依从性,值得在临床推广应用。

bObjective To evaluate effect of information-motivation-behavioral skills（ IMB）model on medication compliance in patients with chronic heart failure（ CHF）. Methods A total of80 CHF hospitalized patients without medication compliance were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method. The patients in the control group received routine health education and routine follow up,while the patients in the experimental group received IMB model for 6 months,the intervention efficacy of two groups were evaluated by using Medication Knowledge Scale,medication adherence willingness ruler and 8-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale（ MMAS-8）. Results After intervention,the scores of medication knowledge,medication adherence willingness and medication compliance in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion IMB model can effectively improve medication compliance of CHF patients.
