人文护理对癫痫患者生活质量及护理满意度的综合干预效果

Effect of humanistic nursing intervention on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with epilepsy

目的探讨人文护理对癫痫患者生活质量及护理满意度的干预效果。方法选择在本院神经内科住院的成人癫痫患者58例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组30例和对照组28例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加用人文护理,比较2组患者护理前后生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理后,2组患者生活质量及护理满意度均较护理前提高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,2组患者自评症状评分均较护理前降低,且观察组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论人文护理可减轻癫痫患者不适症状,改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To study effect of humanistic nursing on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with epilepsy. Methods A total of 58 epilepsy patients in neurology department of our hospital were selected,and were divided into observation group（ n = 30） and control group（ n = 28） by random digital table method. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with humanistic nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The quality of life and nursing satisfaction after nursing in the two groups were significantly higher than nursing before（ P〈0. 05）,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The symptom scores of the two groups after humanistic nursing were lower than nursing before,and the observation group decreased more obvious（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing can reduce symptoms of patients with epilepsy,improve their quality of life and enhance nursing satisfaction. So it is worthy of clinical application.
