持续血液净化配合护理干预治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果研究

Effect of continuous blood purification combined with nursing intervention in severe acute pancreatitis

目的探讨对重症急性胰腺炎患者实施持续血液净化配合护理干预的效果。方法选取来本院就诊的66例重症急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其均分为对照组与实验组。对照组采用常规治疗和基础护理干预,实验组采用持续血液净化配合护理干预,对比2组患者的各项临床指标、急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分系统(APACHEⅡ)评分、生化指标。结果实验组患者的相关临床指标、APACHEⅡ评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组血清淀粉酶(AMS)和总胆红素(TB)低于对照组,酸碱平衡指标pH值和HCO_3^-则高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对重症急性胰腺炎患者采取持续血液净化配合护理干预,可明显改善患者的临床症状,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous blood purification and nursing intervention in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 66 severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital were divided into 2 groups according to random digital table method,with 33 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and basic nursing intervention,and the experimental group received continuous blood purification combined with nursing intervention. The clinical indicators,Acute Physiological and Chronic Health Evaluation II（ APACHE Ⅱ） score and biochemical indicators of two groups were analyzed. Results The experimental group had better clinical indexes and APACHE Ⅱ score than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the values of serum amylase（ AMS） and total bilirubin（ TB） in the experimental group were lower,the value of p H and HCO3-- was higher,and significant differences between the groups were seen（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Continuous blood purification combined with nursing intervention for patients with severe acute pancreatitis can significantly improve their clinical symptoms,so it is worthy of clinical application.
