实物模具化健康宣教在脊髓损伤患者自我间歇性导尿中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨结合实物模具的健康教育在脊髓损伤患者自我间歇性导尿中的应用效果。方法将60例脊髓损伤患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,对照组对患者及家属采取常规宣教进行自我间歇性导尿健康教育,实验组采取常规宣教结合实物模具进行自我间歇性导尿健康教育。观察并比较2组患者及家属对自我间歇性导尿相关知识掌握率、自我执行能力(自助导尿符合率)及并发症发生率。结果健康教育实施后,实验组患者及家属对自我间歇性导尿相关知识掌握率、自我执行能力(自助导尿符合率)均高于对照组,并发症发生率则低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用结合实物模具的健康教育方式有助于患者对自我间歇性导尿相关知识的理解和掌握,并提高膀胱自我管理及执行能力,对改善患者自理能力及生存质量有着积极影响。 Objective To investigate effect of health education based on physical model in intermittent self-catheterization for spinal cord injury patients. Methods A total of 60 participants were randomly assigned to control group and experimental group,given conventional health educational intermittent self-catheterization,health education based on physical model in intermittent self-catheterization,respectively. Mastery rate of related knowledge,self-execution( self-catheterization coincidence rate) and incidence of complication of two groups were recorded. Results Compared to the control group,mastery rate of related knowledge,self-execution( self-catheterization coincidence rate)were higher,and incidence of complication was lower in the experimental group after health education( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Health educational intermittent self-catheterization based on physical model can improve understanding and mastery of intermittent self-catheterization,and enhance selfmanagement and execution,and improve self-care quality of life.
