听觉和视听联合分散干预在小儿包皮环切术中的应用

Application of auditory and audiovisual distraction intervention in pediatric posthetomy

目的探讨听觉和视听联合分散干预缓解门诊手术室手术患者应激反应的效果。方法选取于外科门诊手术室接受小儿包皮环切术的100例手术患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。对照组术程仅给予心理安慰等传统护理措施,干预组术程在此基础上播放音乐并可观看以及触摸平板电脑,比较2组患儿心理感受、疼痛程度及循环指标。结果与对照组相比较,干预组患儿接受听觉和视听觉联合分散干预后,干预组患儿的恐惧感、疼痛程度及血管应激和循环指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论听觉和视听联合分散干预是一种能减轻门诊手术患者手术应激反应的方式,可有效避免门诊手术患者不良心理情绪及循环系统意外的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of auditory and audiovisual distraction intervention in relieving stress reactions of patients in operation room. Methods A total of 100 pediatric patients with posthetomy were as research objects,and were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. The control group only used psychological comfort and other traditional treatment methods for treatment,while the intervention group was given music playing and watch and touch tablet computer. Psychological feelings,pain degree and cycle indicators of two groups were compared. Results After auditory and audio-visual distraction intervention,the intervention group had lower degree of fear,pain degree,vascular stress and cycle indictors as compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Auditory and audiovisual distraction intervention can reduce stress reactions,effectively avoid negative psychological emotions and accident events.
