摘要
在深入分析炼化企业燃料气系统运行特征的基础上,通过加热炉燃料热值与效率关联分析,获取加热炉的最佳燃料热值需求。引入夹点分析法,构建基于热值的燃料气系统分析与网络优化方法,指导燃料气管网的优化改造。充分考虑炼油厂副产燃料气高附加值组分的回收过程,以燃料气系统运行效益最大化为目标,以各加热炉热值及耗量为约束,构建调度优化模型,指导燃料气系统的调度优化。某石化企业的应用表明,相关方法有效提升了燃料气系统的调度及管理水平,并取得了显著的节能减排效果。
On the basis of in-depth analysis of operating characteristics of the fuel gas system in refinery and petrochemical enterprises,the optimum fuel calorific value demand is obtained by using the correlation analysis between the fuel heating value and efficiency of the furnace. The pinch analysis method is introduced to build a method of fuel gas system analysis and network optimization based on the flow and calorific value of fuel gas to guide the optimization and reform of fuel gas piping network. Fully considering the recovery process of high value-added components in by-product fuel gas from refinery; with maximizing the operating efficiency of the fuel gas system as the goal,and the heating value and consumption of each heating furnace as constraints,the scheduling optimization model is constructed to guide the scheduling optimization of the fuel gas system. The related technology has applied in a petrochemical enterprise,which effectively improves the scheduling and management level of fuel gas system,and achieves significant effects of energy saving and emission reduction.
