摘要 在国内某海域油气构造评价延长测试项目中,首次采用γ源多相流量计进行单井计量。为了有效提高在延长测试中流量计的测量精度,研究了γ源多相流量计的计量原理,分析了影响多相计量精度的相关因素。通过实际应用过程试验,对比、分析并找出对实际测量影响较大的关键因素。针对关键因素,提出了可操作的性能保障措施。实际应用结果表明,流量计测量精度得到了显著提高,满足项目测试要求。通过计算、分析γ源三相计量技术的应用关键因素,实施有效的性能保证措施,减小了由于延长测试油藏基础数据不确定性对测量精度的影响,为延长测试进一步确认油气藏类型及储量规模提供了保证,也为海上类似低渗油气藏测试计量提供了有益的借鉴。 In an extended test project of hydrocarbon reservoir structure evaluation in a domestic sea area,the γ-source multiphase flowmeter has been firstly used for single well measurement. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter effectively in extended test,the measurement principle of the multiphase flowmeter of γ-source is studied. The influence factors of multiphase measurement accuracy are analyzed. Through practical application process experiments,the key factors that have great impact on actual measurement are found by comparative analysis,and operational performance safeguards for key factors are proposed. The actual application results show that the flowmeter measurement accuracy has been improved remarkably and meet the requirements of the project test. By calculating and analyzing the key factors of the application of the three phase measurement technology of γ-source,the effective performance guarantee measures are implemented,which reduce the influence of the uncertainty of the base data on the testing of the hydrocarbon reservoir and provides certain guarantee for further confirmation of the type and scale of hydrocarbon reservoir,and it provides a useful reference for testing similar low permeability reservoirs at sea.
