On the Ways to Prevent the Duty Crime in the New Era

新时代我国监察体制的改革及紧随其后的国家监察制度的建立,标志着党风廉政教育统领下的职务犯罪预防工作也进入了新阶段。新时代职务犯罪的预防机构、预防对象、预防指导思想、预防工作方式等都较以前发生了显著变化,新时代赋予了职务犯罪预防更丰富的时代内容,新时代对职务犯罪预防提出了更高的新要求。

The reform of China’s supervision system in the new era and the establishment of the state supervision system imme-diately after it mark a new stage in the prevention of job-related crimes under party spirit and honest government education. Preven-tion institution prevention objects, prevention guidelines and prevention methods have all changed significantly, and the new era has given more abundant contents to the prevention of job-related crimes. More abundant contents have been given and higher new requirements have been put forward to the prevention of job-related crimes in the new era.
