摘要
民俗是人们对生产生活经验的总结,是民族文化的重要组成部分,其中,饮食文化是最基础的一种民俗文化.就饮食民俗与地理环境的关系而言,饮食文化的形成与地理环境密不可分,饮食习俗的形成、发展与演变都受到地理环境的制约和影响.论文通过统计农牧业比重指数,对山西霍州至内蒙古苏尼特右旗一线进行农业、牧业分区.以此为基础,描绘出"南农北牧"的农牧交错带经济方式渐变态势,进而梳理饮食民俗事项在区域间的交融与分异.
Folklore,an important part of national culture,is a summary of people's experience in production and life,in which diet culture is the most basic. The formation of food culture is closely related to the geographical environment, and the formation, development and evolution of eating customs are restricted and influenced by geographical environment. Based on the statistics of agricultural and animal husbandry specific gravity index, the paper divides agriculture and animal husbandry areas from Huozhou, Shanxi Province to Sunita Right Banner of Inner Mongolia. Based on this,the paper describes the gradual change of the economic mode of the agricultural and pastoral ecotone of "Southern Agriculture,North Animal Husbandry",and then combs the interregional blending and differentiation of food and folklore matters.
