东巴绘画是滇西北地区纳西族文化的重要部分,是研究三江流域纳西族宗教文化的珍贵资料,主要包括竹笔画、纸牌画、木牌画和卷轴画这四种类型,《神路图》作为东巴卷轴画的旷世巨作,展现出了原始东巴宗教的古朴美,是纳西族绘画中极具特色的珍品,具有相当高的艺术与宗教研究价值。其作为纳西族与周边其他民族文化逐渐融合的产物,受藏传佛教文化的影响巨大,《神路图》对于了解滇西北纳西族宗教文化具有非常重要的意义。

Dongba painting is an important part of Naxi culture in Northwest Yunnan, and is a valuable material for studying the religious culture of Naxi nationality in Sanjiang River Basin. It mainly includes four types： bamboo stroke, card painting, wooden card painting and scroll painting. As a masterpiece of Dongba scroll painting, God Road Map shows the simplicity and beauty of primitive Dongba religion, and is a unique treasure in Naxi painting, which has a high value of art and religion research. As the product of gradual integration of Naxi culture and other ethnic cultures in the surrounding areas, it is greatly influenced by Tibetan Buddhist culture. God Road Map is of great significance for understanding the religious culture of the Naxi ethnic group in Northwest Yunnan.
