摘要
提出了一种在ANSYS软件中基于多载荷步和热流密度的风电盘式制动器温度场分析方法。根据制动力矩、转速、接触面积、材料属性等计算作用于制动盘和制动片上的热流密度。将制动片上的热流密度定义成关于时间的函数表,将制动盘总转动角度等分成若干份并施加相应的热流密度,形成系列转动的热流载荷步。分析计算了某1.5 MW风电制动器温度场,得到制动片和制动盘上的最高温度以及温度分布规律。
This paper presents an analysis method of wind turbine disk brake temperature field using ANSYS software based on multi-load step and thermal flux density. The thermal flux on the brake disk and the brake block is calculated according to the material properties, torque and speed etc. The thermal flux on the brake block is defined as a function table of time. The total rotation angle of the brake disc is divided into several parts and the corresponding thermal flux is applied to form a series of rotational heat flow loads. A 1.5 MW wind turbine disk brake temperature field is analyzed and the maximum temperature and temperature distribution are obtained.
