摘要 设计了一套基于物联网的波纹补偿器无线监测系统,改变目前波纹补偿器安装后需要通过工作人员经常检查的现状,能及时监测波纹补偿器的状态。该系统利用温度、位移、压力传感器监测整个管道系统中各个波纹补偿器的温度、位移、压力,采集波纹补偿器的温度、位移、压力信号,并通过无线网络将测试数据实时发送到计算机进行分析,当数据异常时发出警报,还可以通过互联网传输到远端主机,使工作人员能够随时随地获取波纹补偿器的工作状态信息,从而提升生产安全系数,避免因补偿器的失效而引起的损失及事故。 An Io T-based ripple compensator wireless monitoring system is designed to realize that the ripple compensator does not require frequent inspection by the staff after installation, and can monitor the status of the ripple compensator in time. The system uses sensors to monitor the temperature, displacement and pressure of each ripple compensator in the entire pipeline system, collects the temperature, displacement and pressure signals of the ripple compensator, and sends the test data to the computer for analysis in real time through the wireless network, and issues an alarm when the data is abnormal. It can also be transmitted to the remote host via the Internet, enabling the staff to obtain the working status of the ripple compensator anytime and anywhere, thereby improving the production safety factor and avoiding losses and accidents caused by the failure of the compensator.
