摘要 随着柔性制造系统的不断发展,在其制造生产线上配备自动化立体仓库可以减少生产线上物料的搬运时间,进而提高整条生产线的生产效率。自动化立体仓库作为柔性生产线的重要环节,其自身的工作效率将直接影响到整条柔性生产线的工作效率,故优化自动化立体仓库垛机的路径成为一个研究热点。针对某类具备"缓冲层"的自动化立体仓库,基于缓冲策略,提出了改进的遗传算法来优化垛机路径。"缓冲层"起到过渡作用,减少柔性生产线上加工中心的待工时间。通过VS程序仿真,验证了该算法的可行性,实现了立体仓库中垛机的运动路径优化。 With the continuous development of the flexible manufacturing system, the provision of an automated threedimensional warehouse on its manufacturing line can reduce the handling time of materials on the production line and further increase the production efficiency of the entire production line. The working efficiency of automated warehouses will directly affect the work efficiency of the entire flexible production line, so optimizing the path of automated warehouses becomes a research hotspot. For some kind of automated warehouse with buffer layer, based on the buffer strategy, an improved genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the path of downtime. The buffer layer plays a transitional role and reduces the time spent on the processing center of the flexible production line. Through the VS program simulation, the feasibility of the algorithm is verified, and the motion path optimization of the stacker in the three-dimensional warehouse is realized.
