摘要
设计了一种撑杆式下位锁装置,用于飞机起落架的收放折叠及起落架在放下位置的可靠锁定。首先依据起落架的使用情况、受载及其它要求,提出一种起落架下位锁机构的设计方案,然后利用航空通用设计软件CATIA对其各零部件进行三维建模和运动仿真分析,并用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行了强度分析,通过仿真分析验证其可行性和安全性。
This paper designs a folding strut locking device which can ensure reliable lock of retraction/lowering control system of landing gear on UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle). Based on the scheme, several design actions,adjustments and improvements are performed. 3 D modeling, motion simulation analysis and strength verification on the parts of the locking device is achieved using CATIA software. Simulation analysis identifies whether the design is the feasible and practicable.
