摘要
导轨装配精度是保证机床精度的主要因素之一。滚动直线导轨具有使用性能较好、误差均化作用好等优点,文中介绍在保证精度情况下机床滚动直线导轨的一般装配过程和装配技巧。在装配过程中及时对装配质量进行测量,对装配导轨的直线度误差等进行数据处理和评定,最终达到导轨使用要求的精度。
Guide assembly accuracy is one of the main factors to ensure the accuracy of machine tools. The linear rolling guide has the advantages of better performance and good error homogenization. This paper describes the general assembly process and assembly techniques of the linear rolling guide to ensure accuracy. In the assembly process, the assembly quality is measured in time, and the straightness error of the assembly guide is processed and evaluated, and finally the accuracy required by the guide is achieved.
