摘要
主要研究分析焊接线能量对高压容器的爆破安全性影响,通过试环和气瓶的焊接、试验分析,得出在保证焊缝成形的要求下,若焊接线能量小,则晶粒细、强度高、塑性好、气瓶的爆破压力相对高;若焊接线能量大,则晶粒粗大,强度、塑性变差,气瓶的爆破压力相对低。
This paper mainly studies the influence of welding linear energy on blasting safety of high pressure vessels.Through welding and test analysis of the test ring and gas cylinder, it is concluded that under the requirement of ensuring weld seam formation, if the welding linear energy is small, fine grain, high strength and good plasticity will be obtained, and the blasting pressure of the gas cylinder will be relatively high; if the welding linear energy is large, coarse grains, poor strength and plasticity will be obtained, and the blasting pressure of the gas cylinder is relatively low.
