摘要
通过实践案例讲述了如何理解轮廓度、方向度以及形状度之间关系的法则,进而判断检测结果合理与否。研究了检具的偏差及妥协性对检测产生的影响,并通过使用修正系数来克服检测设备的局限性。研究更合理的检具,以降低公差要求,并提高检测效率。
Through practical cases, this paper describes how to understand the relationship between profile, orientaton and form, and then determines whether the test result is reasonable. A method of judging the influence of the deviation and compromise of the inspection tool on the detection is proposed;correction coefficient is used to overcome the limitations of the detection device. More reasonable gauges are investigated to reduce tolerance requirements and improve inspection efficiency.
