摘要
实地调研发现超市收银系统存在排队过长、排队过久等问题。应用排队论对收银系统进行分析改善,最终达到降低排队时间,提高顾客满意度的效果,提高顾客对该超市的忠诚度,使得该超市的总体服务质量有了很大的提升。
Field research has found that the supermarket checkout system has too long queue, long queue and other problems. Using queuing theory to analyze and improve the checkout system, it can reduce queuing time, improve customer satisfaction, and improve customer loyalty to the supermarket. As a result, the overall service quality of the supermarket has been greatly improved.
