几年来,钢铁行业的衰退发展都是社会研究的重要话题,无论是经济方面的原因还是社会环境方面的原因,都冲击着钢铁行业的发展。在河北,钢铁行业一直占据着主导地位,是河北省的第一大支柱产业,钢铁行业所遭受的冲击,也间接地影响到了基层职工和生产工人身上。本文从钢铁行业的现状入手,分析钢铁行业的衰退发展对职工所造成的影响以及钢铁企业职工目前面临的困境,从政策引导,提供保障,提高职工素质水平,加大校企合作,吸纳人才等方面提出建议,旨在引起社会各界关注钢铁职工这一群体,促进河北省乃至我国钢铁行业的发展。

In recent years, the decline of the steel industry has been an important topic in social studies. Both economic and social environmental reasons have impacted the development of the steel industry. In Hebei, the steel industry has always occupied a dominant position and is the largest pillar industry in Hebei Province. The impact of the steel industry has also indirectly affected the grassroots workers and production workers. This article starts with the status quo of the steel industry, analyzes the impact of the recession development of the steel industry on employees, and the current difficulties faced by workers in iron and steel enterprises. It provides policy guidance, provides guarantees, improves staff quality, increases school-enterprise cooperation, and attracts talents. Suggestions were made in order to arouse people from all walks of life to pay attention to this group of steel workers and promote the development of the steel industry in Hebei Province and even China.
