Discussion on Children Reader Service Management in Public Libraries:Take the Children's Library of Anhui Province as an Example

通过对安徽省图书馆少儿读者服务管理工作的研究,以期发现现阶段公共图书馆少儿部门在服务读者过程中存在的问题,进而提出一些解决和改进的措施,使少儿读者能在公共图书馆中享受到更加优质、高效、舒心的服务。

Through studying the service management of children readers in Anhui Library, we hope to find out the problems existing in the process of serving the readers in the children＇s department of public libraries at the present stage, and then put forward some measures to solve and improve them so that children readers can read public books, and enjoy better, efficient and comfortable service in the hall.
