新生宿舍导师制实施探讨——以北京联合大学管理学院为例

Study on Tutorial System of Freshman Dormitory:Take the Example of School of Management, Beijing Union University

为全面贯彻落实中共中央、国务院颁布的《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》,拓展新形势下大学生思想政治教育的新途径,提高思想政治教育的有效性,学校应紧密结合当前大学生学习、生活的实际,实施高校新生宿舍导师制,不断加强和改进大学生思想政治教育。本文以北京联合大学管理学院为例,在实践中提出了《新生宿舍导师制》的实施思路。

In order to fully implement the ＂Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education for College Students＂ promulgated by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, to explore new ways of ideological and political education for college students under the new situation and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, schools should be closely integrated. The current practice of college students＇ study and life, the implementation of college freshman dormitory guidance system, and constantly strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students. This paper takes the management college of Beijing Union University as an example and puts forward the implementation idea of ＂Newborn Dormitory Tutor System＂ in practice.
